This irks the hell outta me.
For those who don’t know, Apple is using Samsung. Why? Because Apple says Samsung is infringing on their design patents. Fun stuff, right? Well Apple got this bit of evidence to be excluded from being used in court: This evidence pretty much would have given Samsung the win, as it somewhat proves Samsung didn’t copy Apple. If Apple wins, it will be a sad day.
